Check back soon to learn more about the next Run Clinic session. Practices are held at the UGA track and are a hour long. They consist of a warm up, dynamic stretching, speed workout specific to the individual, core and cool down. One month of training is 4 track workouts. It is $50 for 4 weeks. Practices are coached by Kim Landrum.
